The UK personal fitness trainer that my husband and I hired is great. He has been really helping us lose weight and he gave us a new meal plan also. We have been eating very healthy and it all tastes great. In fact, I would think that by the time that my thirtieth high school class reunion rolls around, we will both be in the best shape of our lives. If he is not, I have already informed him that I will not be paying him for any of the work that he has already done and I think that got his attention. I am thinking that contacting a back up plumber, just in case, would be a good idea.
