If you were a tourist or even a local and needed an easy fix to get your mind off the hustle and bustle of the city life, Ryan’s Mansion is the place to be. You wouldn’t believe that this Galena IL lodging place is just two miles from the city proper because of its serene surroundings and its rather private location.

The place is lovely and rich in history as it is filled with historical memorabilia that takes you back to the past. As for their service, I would say that it is SUPERB. White most hotels would cost you a couple of hundred dollars for a night, the rates at Ryan’s Mansion are quite flexible depending on the day that you wish to spend the night over. What is great about it however is the fact that all their rooms are spacious and capable of housing up to four people. So it’d be easier to share the tab with friends.
